The Community Center is the heart of SouthWood, serving as central gathering place for residents and their guests. It’s the perfect place to relax by the pool or linger in the soothing shade of covered porches. Get to know your neighbors at a variety of community socials, classes and enrichment activities held at the Community Center throughout the year. The center includes three swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground, an event lawn, and a catering kitchen.
Bring the family to an Art of Living event or let your kids swing, slide and romp on the playground. Spend the day on the tennis courts, then go for a quick dip in the deluxe lap/family pool. Hosting a special nighttime gathering? The full catering kitchen makes it a great place to entertain.
